False Negative Feedback

This user Krossbs left a false negative feedback for a transaction that occurred nearly 3 months ago. He had purchased an Overwatch account which was in good standing at the time of me being the sole owner of the account and then selling to this buyer, I owned it for some time and rarely played on it. The account was never suspended/banned/silenced in my ownership, nor did this buyer ever contacted me or communicated to me that the account was closed due to abusive chat.

Also to mention, I have a discord in which I keep in contact with my customers,etc, as well it is an open market for buy/sell. This user was banned from the server for being toxic and associated to scammers. So I believe this user falsely left a negative feedback to retaliate him being banned from my discord server.

As well if the account was closed for abusive chat, then there must have been multiple instances to where this buyer used offensive/abusive language in which eventually led to the account being closed.

He banned me from the server cause he is afraid of getting known for selling accounts near to ban .The account wich i got from him was already banned 5 times for abusive chat and 6th time got perma banned. The account was from him and he banned me from the discord server being afraid of what could have happen if i would tell people what he is doing. Before i got the account it was silenced and suspended. That's why now he is afraid. I will let people know how is this guy. I wasn't toxic in game ,just received the notification for account closure from blizzard after 2 weeks. Congrats on selling suspended accounts . I will not delete my feedback. Everyone will know what accounts are you selling.

The account was in good standing as far as I am aware under my ownership, as well asking the previous owner from which I had obtained the account. if the account was closed 2 weeks after you purchased it, then why did you decide to bring it up now? You had over 3 months to contact me about this and if you actually showed the account was closed, I would of resolved it in some way with you. However you never contacted me about this at all.

Where is the proof for this? In any case if the account was banned for abusive chat/toxicity, then its because of your choice of words, actions,etc in game, not mine. As well I honestly never even played on the account when I received it, only logged in to take screenshots and get the details of the cosmetics,etc.

At this point I've probably sold over 300+ accounts and I have never received any complaint from a buyer that the account they purchased from me was banned/suspended for any reason. I am still pretty sure that he left this false negative feedback because of him being removed from my Discord server almost right after, less than an hour.

He has falsely accused and verbally abused other people as well for no reason. I can provide screenshots of this if needed.

The owner wich had it previously maybe sold it to you in that way. Since you can't check if it was or not suspended before you say that "was in a good standing". No . It wasn't. I tried to contact you back then but you unfriend/block me. I didn't wanted to ruin your sales and didn't said to anyone about it , until you did what you did. I'm pretty sure other accounts you have are like that one. I'll let people know what kind of accounts you sell so in this way no one will get accounts wich probably might be banned after .

You were never blocked and you shared multiple mutual servers with me for a while until recently in which case, you were able to message me lol..how else did you message me after buying the account? lol. I'm still waiting for the proof to this, you have the ability to reply yet you still give no proof of any email from blizzard stating the account was closed?.

You don’t need the email to check if the account was banned since you could login and it would show if the blizzard accountt is banned from Overwatch. I also do remember that after buying the account from me that you actually did try to resell it over Discord.

And why in the first place would you put it on a temporary email in the first place?.

I never use my personal emails due to security reasons. When i tried to enter in game i couldn't cause it was saying "This account has been banned" .

Then take a screenshot..Asked like 3 times already, how hard is that to do. If you could login, you should be able to show the account details too to prove it. Otherwise I am 100% sure this is just a literal waste of time with your false accusations.

There is no proof here as to astronicals being at fault for the ban. Usually with overwatch it doesn't take 3 months to ban an account for bad chat. It's usually a lot quicker than that. If you can provide any proof of the account being banned before you received it, then that would fall under false advertising and you would have to be refunded @Krossbs
