Buyer signed up on our service and agreed that if his order is flagged for review he would submit his ID for verification, otherwise the refund would be issued. Buyer refused verification, and my employee told him that refund would be issued within 24 hours since I was outside and I am the only one could do the refund. Buyer got mad and disputed on Paypal and left a negative feedback on us.
It`s entirely buyer's fault because he failed to read the TOS. The refund was issued and we asked him to pay us 30 cents refund him because it`s his fault not to read the TOS and wastin everyone's time

We demand for
1. Immediate removal of negative feedback from Mark Wallace Aka Beep Bep
2. Payment of 30 cents refund fee for the refund
