False Negative Feedback by unstopableone

I was selling an account, he gave me the money on paypal but hadn't receive it so I can't give the account details.
The money was later refunded after he submitted a negative feedback.

You are saying you did not recieve the money.
Yet you gave a refund?

How can you give a refund if you did not recieve the money?
So if he would not have made the negative feedback you would have kept the money?

I believe the admin should ban you for atempting to scam!

The money was pending, and Paypal said that I would wait for like 3 weeks to receive the money completely. Therefore, I can't give the account details that fast. I've told him to wait because of this Paypal incident, but his patience can't handle it. That's why he gave me a negative feedback telling that I scammed him. So after seeing his feedback, I just refunded or what you call give the money back so there would be no problem.
I've messaged him to remove the negative feedback as it affects my reputation,I think that he doesn't or don't go online anymore that's why I contacted the moderators.
Is that clear now?
