False negative feedback by 1 day old account, why do you let this happen?

Not much to say here, an 1 DAY OLD!!!! account just gave me a negative feedback for nothing.How could you let this happen to legit members of the forum? Just deleting it doesn't mean much if anyone can false rate you even if he just has created the acc and has no feedback at all.He also called me scammer on my thread which was not active lately! His name is mizzmizz . I expect you to ban all his accounts not just the 1 day old!
