With @useeds as Middle Man. All went good, he got the account, I got the money, we were both happy. He even left a good comment on my post, then HE JUST PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON (thumb down instead of thumb up) and disappear like never exist.
I don't know what to do now, hope you guys can remove it for me.
