False Feedbackk!

Guy left a false feedback wherein he got access to my account that he's supposedly buying then even requested a REFUND on paypal, no wonder he's so confident in sending payment first.

Feedback will only be reviewed if a Trade Guardian service was used.
Feedback cannot be give if there was no exchange. Either the item or payment must have been exchange. Otherwise feedback is not allowed.
