Hello, i would like to ask this feedback to be removed for the following reasons:

1) The deal never happened, nobody recieved any money or account.

2) I was completely fine with doing the trade with MM but nobody would claim hypixel skyblock trade

3) The customer asked me to trust him and use different websites/MM that i do not trust cause i have been scammed the same way before

4) This hurts my job and status on the website cause i never treat anybody that way and it's just simply not true.

I reached out to the dude and he just doesn't want to even reply to me. Checked his profile, he's active and all his left feedbacks are 1 star on any other user titled " Scammer ", kinda suspicious that the dudes trying to get other people to trade outside EpicNPC, idk couldn't care less i just want him to remove the feedback that he left just bc he was emotional and immature lol

Feedback Removal/Change Rules

• If a dispute is opened and resolved, the negative feedback will be changed to neutral and the comment will be updated to reflect the issue has been resolved.
• Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
• Feedback can only be removed if it's false.
• If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
  • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
  • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
