The person bought the account a week later unknown person shows up claiming to be my friend i have no access to the acc neither does any of my friends so told the buyer to report to the game help center cite then it would get solved relatively quickly but they instead contuinue to message me about the problem and accuse me that im to blame becuase the weirdos that broke into the account said so theres no proof that im on the acc or anyone i know just someone randoms saying they know me that i have no idea who they are.

Actually, it started the exact day I got the account but I the friend originally left. Til, they, and others returned. I know this cuz I saw playtime and logins that weren’t me on the account. As said in my feedback, I had brought this up to Phantom even with the fact that the person was outright addressing them and trying to change the account back to “phantom” which isn’t something someone not associated with them. I also, remember how in the trade they said once someone else was the on the account, it’d make you unable to access it. However, if you’re persistent enough you can access the account pushing off the owner of the account which is what they did. I’ve also got belief that they are still on the account because they tried to throw the MM under the bus by saying they gave away the password even though I used it up within the first 20 mins of having the account. Plus, the account had random playtime in ranked which wouldn’t make sense for the MM as they didn’t even know the basics of the controls of the game.

Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.

Feedback Disputes

1. If TG was used, we will review feedback disputes as normal.
2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
- If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed
