We didn't just message ea and say "account got hacked help me“. We do more during the unban service than what you can see in on the surface. The long waiting time is due to ea taking a long time to respond and isn't something we can shorten from our side, it can take up to 30 days for ea to respond. The client agreed that the unban isn't guaranteed when they made the purchase. We've had successful and unsuccessful unbans, just because you ended up receiving the short stick doesn't mean you have to spread fake pieces of information about our business practices.
