Hello this buyer clearly tries to just add a bad feedback for my business by buying a 3 usd account.
He just add the account to his device without even claiming the resources on presents list. In the feedback provided he mentions that i said to screw off which i clearly said to him instructions on how to solve this.
By just linking the account on your device you see the current resources which yes indeed is 15% less (even though in my description i mention the word about).
But he didn't even finish the download of the game to claim the resources from the present list. Also he posted the feedback on FFBE and he bought ECHOES of MANA account
