I was given a false feedback by simon4635 for a COC account I sold.

The account in question was bought from EpicNPC a couple of months ago without any issues. Buyer is complaining that the old seller (The one I bought it from) is still accessing it and is wanting me to refund his many BUT can't provide proof.

Offered to help with some suggestion and even offered to refund him if he can provide proof that it is indeed being accessed but failed to deliver. He gave me a negative feedback in the end.

The buyer's EPICNPC account is suspicious as well as it was created on the same day on the trade so I'll leave you to decide what to make of it.

Still can't provide proof. I already said that I don't have the same level account anymore. This feedback is invalid. Happy to provide refund if proof is provided else I might just lose the account and the money all together.

How is that you proce to me that he deleted the account off of his device when you bought it.

I don't have contact of the guy anymore. I told you. This was awhile back. Who would keep a COC account forever just to mess with the new owner without having full access to it? He is not gaining anything from it. I think you just want your money back and keep the account by doing the same method that you think the old owner is doing.

Well he is getting something from it since the account was locked because they think it was hacked, to prove that I am the owner I have to give the date and the location of where the account was created, give the old username, a copie of the first payement on the account etc... So like I said he is about to get the account back and I spent 50+ in it so next time make sure you realy OWN the account.

That screenshot doesn't really say anything. Also, it isn't in English so I can't understand. Did COC lock the account? If so, that isn't within my control anymore since I don't have access to the account anymore. Not much I can do here.

Hope the mods understands.
