False feedback removal request

I am under the impression that my previous buyer is no longer interested in the account, and is trying to make me liable for damages and losses to the account caused by an unknown third party or himself.

I did not hide any details nor did I transfer ownership to another person without his approval. Transaction was done w/out middleman, although he was able to access the account w/out encountering a problem.

This leads me to assume that the buyer fabricated this in an attempt to get a refund after losing interest in the game. Unless he willingly handed account credentials to an unknown third party, nobody but himself could have caused the involuntary actions done to the account. That aside, he still has access to the account in almost perfect condition which nulls his right for a refund.

If I am mistaken, I will try to cooperate with the staff of this website in the best of my abilities.

Update: Buyer is now attempting to get a refund by submitting a chargeback request before mediation. He has fabricated evidence and I need a staff's help immediately before I lose money to some filthy scammer... He has claimed that the transaction was unauthorised in the dispute section.

[B]Xepholiax[/B] is a scammer. these are the screen shots of the account that was sold to me as u can see the id matches with he account he resold to this other dude. As you can see id is also 338585265, so how u selling an account which belongs to me ?. I also believe the mod is in cahoots with him as he request a specific mod named ARMIK to handle transactions and that guy plays dumbs when account is stolen back. @shiro102 hope this helps u with ur case buddy

As you can see the id is 338585265, which matches the account that @warhammer66 (thanks a lot man) mentioned.

At first, he gave me the account which is still intact as he said in the threads. However, after 2 weeks of using and right after I top up 80$, he (or someone he gave the account to before who knows) started the malicious activities to destroy the account in which he liquefies all the legendary cards or gold cards. I believe this is intentional as he waited for me to top up 80$ and sabotage the account right after that. This is his claim when he handed over me the account:

So right now this account has nothing else but some leaders. I hereby ask @Xepholiax to refund me at least the original money that I paid him which is 230USD:

If you are an EpicNPC staff please justify for me. You can refer to transaction #40498 or dm me I will invite you to the transaction for further investigation. In addition, if you return me the money @Xepholiax I will ask EpicNPC staff to remove my low threads in your account.

Some more evidence and proof that I have spent 100$ for this account. I believe that we all know that there is no reason for me to sabotage the account that I have spent 330$ into it and then request a refund of 230$.

@EpicNPC CM i didnt bother because i sent the money as friends and family so i wasnt getting it back regardless. Also the mod didnt seem interested with helping anyways.

@EpicNPC CM It was sabotaged and now nothing is left for the account. The action was done right after I topped up nearly 100$ so I think this is an intentional malicious attack. And as you can see in my pictures @Xepholiax claimed that he did not link this account to Steam but it turned out he did. This is obviously a lie or a scam.

As I previously mentioned a while ago, I did say the account is linked to steam, but you were content with just using bluestacks to play on pc. We had a long discussion about this prior to purchase, so do not act like you were unaware of this fact.

As for your account, what do I gain by "emptying your account" in that manner? No one in their right mind will do this to an account they hope to recover maliciously for resale/reuse purposes.

Let's say you exposed the login information accidentally to a third party. Have you tried checking the activity log of the account? The admin can easily check if I accessed the account on the day the "malicious attack" happened.

@EpicNPC CM Please come and see the new justify of Xepholiax which I think it makes no sense and even contradicts himself. I think he just attempts to lengthen the conversation and waste time, which is shown by the fact that he did not try to clarify himself but ask nonsense questions.

In the TG chat Xepho says it was never linked to steam, only phone. So that would fall under false advertisement as the buyer has to be given all information like that before sale. Refund must be issued.
