Used named StonedFTW left me a negative feedback for a deal that happened more than a year ago. His feedback is far away from the reality.

We have made a trade with this user. We have delivered our product to StonedFTW without any suspension or closure in it's history and present. Whenever StonedFTW gained access to our account, both of these products has been permanently banned. No need to mention that we are using multiple VPN applications for keeping our products safe and clean. We never use Paypal or Credit Card on these brand new accounts. While creating these brand new accounts, we are using only keycodes that is not trackable by Blizard. Also no need to mention that he is the only person who logged both of these accounts from same IP adress, not us.

I kindly request removal of this feedback.

I never logged on to the Rogue account that was banned, that was only you and Phantom. The account the Rogue came from is still there. The Monk was banned instantly, it was you that accessed those accounts. Not I. The ID provided was also expired. The experience was a negative one, hence the feedback.

Character was originally created in your account and transferred away from your account which means easily trackable no matter where do you move your character to. Blizzard doesn’t suspend original accounts, they suspend the account that character has been moved to.

You have been banned after 1.5 week of ownership, not instantly. Account was under our possession for 1.5 month and we never had any issues related to this product. Even in Discord conversation, I am saying that I am setting my VPN before login to the account.

When I checked our chat history, I have seen that you was going to purchase a name change service and transfer this character to your personal account. I delivered this account to you without character transfer cooldown so there are two options.

1-You have used name change service directly on account that I sold it to you which caused to this problem.
2-You moved character away and used name change service on that new account which caused to this problem.

You have to contact with support for a reason so GM can inspect the account and find your real reason or moving characters and track your IP down. Or they can sit and check every single character transfer that has been made in past 2 months for no reason and find these character transfers and track them down which is extremely unlikely.

I sold this account to you at 6.2.2019 and according to our chat, You said that “I am looking for someone who can do the name change right now.” and you said that you moved character away at 7.2.2019. Where did you moved? Nobody knows. What did you do with the account? Nobody knows. Talking is easy but where are your proofs that shows I am the cause of this issue?

StonedFTW: Is account has BFA?
BA: No, it doesn’t
StonedFTW: My discord has issues. I receive your messages late.
BA: Maybe you can do name change and move it to your own account.

It is obvious that you asked for a way to do it then I replied this as a suggestion.

I have literally zero reason to offer you a service that I am not providing or benefiting from. When I checked your EpicNPC history, literally all of your purchases and sales are characters, not accounts. Your EpicNPC history talks by itself. I will just show few of your WTS & WTB topics since 2014 to prove my claims. It is obvious that you are purchasing PvP characters and transfer them back and forth between accounts since long time ago. While you are claiming that you are not aware of such a service and being a newbie on the market, your history shows a totally different reality.

I don’t need to crop anything for change somethings in my favor. You are doing this with bad intentions which is crystal clear. You were silent for more than a year and suddenly decided to leave a feedback without trying to prove anything? None of your claims against me can't be proven and can't be true at all. You don't have enough knowledge for being able to determine what caused to this problem.

- According to our conversation, I was using VPN whole time for keeping our IP & Product safe. >> You haven't used VPN

- According to our conversation, I made this account with using Keycodes only. (No Paypal, Credit Card or Debit Card used) >> You have used your Paypal or Credit Card

- According to our conversation, I created this account more than 45 days ago and held it under my possession without any suspension & closure. >> After 12 days of your ownership and usage, product that we sold it to you has been permanently banned. At the same time, product that you sold to us also has been permanently banned. (Character that we sold it to you being free from transfer cooldown proves that I kept this account under my possession without receiving any suspension & closure for more than minimum 30 days of ownership.)

- According to our conversation, you were seeking for a name change service on US which might cause to this result. We didn't provided you this service.

I haven't disputed you after product that you sold to us has been permanently banned. It is nature of the business and we both lost our products in this unfortunate situation. You are acting like you lost something because of our vendor but we haven't lost anything. We both lost products that was valued at the same price range. Please provide your proofs that shows whole problem caused by my actions & lack of knowledge.

@EpicNPC CM It has been a long period. I have had long periods of time without internet, traveling and a move a cross the country. Wow just took a backseat at that point and was heavily discouraged by the loss of the account. It is nothing personal against him, it is just my true and honest feedback.

At this point he is just making wild accusation and assumptions based on a few posts inquiring about prices

Actually you are the one who is doing assumptions, not me. I can say without having any type of hesitation that I can't be the one who caused to these suspensions. But how I can be so confident about that? Because I was always using VPN and attach different IP adresses to accounts that I have. Also I was cleaning my WTF > Account folder before switch between accounts to keep my products unlinked to eachother. No need to mention about our only Prepaid Card for Battle.net purchases rule. So if this problem would be caused by me, only one of these accounts would be suspended. Since they cannot link these accounts from my device and IP.

1- You are only person who logged to Rogue & Rogue's Main Account & Monk's Old Account & Monk's new Account from same IP and same device.

2- You performed both of these character transfer processes by yourself. I am very sure that you have used your personal wallet for pay for both of these transactions which is Paypal or Credit Card. (Feel free to update a screenshot that shows you have purchased Prepaid Battle.net Balance Code & Game Codes at 7.02.2019.)

3- You have owned my product for 12 days before it's getting suspended. I had it under my possession for more than a month without any type of suspension or closure. (Feel free to show your ticket history for proof you did nothing wrong with the account in that period of time.)

We have shared our safety & security methods with you after purchase. We have guided you throught the process but if you decided to not follow our guidance, it becomes your problem. I think it is extremely unfair because you are trying to load your own mistakes to our shoulders which is not going to happen.

Sorry but, this is absolutely non-sense. You have 12 different WTB & WTS messages at EpicNPC. First one posted at April 28,2019 and last one posted at 3 Feb, 2020. You had enough online time to make a topic and try to solve that while we can. 'Discouraged by the loss of the account' just funny. We have lost a product that worth +1.500 USD just because of you and didn’t even tried to blame you for it.

The sale was June 2019, this is 16 months ago. Feedback was give 6 days ago.

First thing we need is proof of ban and proof that bera was notified near the time the ban occurred. I do not see this evidence, please post it.

I checked our conversation with him. At 18.02.2019, he reports me that Monk's old account that he transferred from and Monk's new account that he transferred to has been banned. Then I report him that his Rogue account is also has been banned. At 19.02.2019, he asks me for identification document of the original owner. I provided requested document to him via Discord and told him that we are investigating the situation and we will try to unban these accounts if we can. After that moment, he never contacted with me ever again since 16 months.

My prediction is, he used same wallet details in all of these accounts and used same device without having any IP protection. That's the only possibility for these accounts being able to connected to eachother.

Monk 1: He Logged without VPN & Used His Wallet (%100) --- I Logged with VPN & Account Created with Codes
Monk 2: He Logged without VPN & Used His Wallet (%100) --- I Didn't Logged
Rogue 1: He Logged without VPN & Used His Wallet (%100) --- I Didn't Logged
Rogue 2: He Didn't Logged (After Transfer) & Used His Wallet (%100) --- I Logged with VPN & Account Created with Codes

Feb 2 - purchased date
Feb 17 - StonedFTW reports the monk is banned (account sharing)
Bera claims it's part of a ban wave

Main account had 2 characters. A Monk and a Rogue. Both were transferred off the main account. StonedFTW stated, "the rogue was pretty much the main value"

Monk was banned first.
Rogue was banned after being sold to Phantom.

Main account was not banned. Both Monk and Rogue were transferred off and both were banned.

If the issue was with the main account or something linked to Bera, why didn't the main account get banned? It seems to me the problem is with the transfers.

The monk was transferred, then banned.
Later the Rogue was transferred and sold, banned again.

It seems to me the bans follow shortly after the transfer occurs. Why is this Bera's responsibility? Did bera conduct the transfer? If not, who did?

As far as I remember, both accounts suspended at same time. Screenshot that he uploaded also shows that. I just got notified by the buyer and notified him about that afterwards.

He performed both of these character transfers by himself without me involving to that process. Same IP & Same Wallet explains how these accounts can be tied to eachother. Also Blizzard doesn't suspend main accounts usually. It really depends to them to be honest. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

-He used his personal wallet at Monk 1 (%100)
-He used his personal wallet on Monk 2 (%100)
-He used his personal wallet on Rogue 1 (%100)
-He used his personal wallet on Rogue 2 (%100)

-He logged to Monk 1 from same IP (%100)
-He logged to Monk 2 from same IP (%100)
-He logged to Rogue 1 from same IP (%100)
-He performed transfer to Rogue 2 from same IP & Wallet (%100)

Bera sent evidence showing in chat @StonedFTW stated he transferred the characters on his own.

If the main account is not banned and only the accounts transferred were banned, then I will have to assume the transfers resulted in the ban.

Bera also mentioned 2 other characters, monk2 and rogue2 were also banned and these characters did not come from Bera.

-He used his personal wallet at Monk 1 (%100)
-He used his personal wallet on Monk 2 (%100)
-He used his personal wallet on Rogue 1 (%100)
-He used his personal wallet on Rogue 2 (%100)

If this is true, then how do we know the buyers actions didn't result in these bans? Maybe Blizzard noticed many character transfers and decided to ban all accounts?

At this time there is not enough evidence to show the bans were the result of any actions Bera did. I'll wait 24 hrs before removing the feedback so StondedFTW can reply again.
