Disputing a negative feedback on this https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/644701/view

I'm Incandescent and he's Samlam, I refuse to believe that I was being toxic here as he has addressed on his feedback. Course of events went down as

1. He added me to try to sell an account to me.
2. He listed everything, put down a price on his account and I declined.
3. He deleted me as friend and I thought it would be the end of the deal.
4. HE ADDED ME BACK as friend and then asked for a price.
5. I simply said "You added me back to ask that?". HOW IS THIS RUDE AND TOXIC WHEN 1. I did not directly flame him, nor made any toxic remarks. 2. If you were to even plan to get a price, why would you not just ask for an offer before DELETING ME as a friend? How sensitive can people be, feeling attacked without a single stroke of derogatory/explicit remark? Sure I was triggered right then and there because it literally made no sense to go back to someone who've already declined your offer, but I refuse to believe that my reaction was toxic and I wouldn't be so petty as to leave a false feedback on a person. The whole setup could have just ended right there. I don't think a negative feedback is due when the conversation was so minute.

5. It's called, "change". People change their minds as well as decide on different things all the time. The reason why I re-added you to ask for an offer rather than asking that 12 hours before is because I had a change of heart during those 12 hours. What you stated literally has no merit as well as being irrelevant.

Funny thing is, you said "Lol" back and planned to say "nice you deleted me cause I said the truth lmao". It's funny because that could also be interpreted as toxic, but I didn't think it was. Imagine adding me back after cutting off ANY form of communication with me. It's just kinda shocking (and of course I reacted that way) because I didn't remove you just in case you were going to commence on another offer or such, like how NORMAL people would deal. Deleting me essentially tells me that you're not interested in any form of exchange with me ANYMORE and I treated it that way. I refuse to believe my reaction was out of order and deserves a negative feedback and a stain on my profile.

Of course you didn't think it was. You didn't see it since you deleted me, am I right? Btw, yes, I said "Lol" so you'd understand that the way you came out was rude. If you didn't catch that then no point in wasting my time. Exactly, and adding you means I am interested, your point?

But you had the intention to actually be "passive aggressive" and be toxic, it's funny because whatever you say to me can be used a rebuttal for yourself. What a funny guy.

Exactly how you yourself mentioned that you were being passive aggressive. Don't expect a olive branch when you come out swinging.

Is it not natural to feel surprised/shocked for what you've did when I have already declined your account 12 HOURS before? You add me back whether due to desperation or whatever (which I find is completely unnecessary, if you deleted me as a friend you should commit to the fact that you've already cut off communications with me). This is poor business practice, you should at least keep me around just for the near future when your "change" reasoning comes around. You should have asked for my offer at the start before trying to add me again AFTER deleting me. I think it's pretty understandable that I'd be annoyed at your reaction (going back to someone after you've already decided to remove them as friend AFTER A WHOLE 12 HOURS), ask anyone and they'd be offended at how've you conducted your sale.

Change? I think you've put the nail in the coffin when you've decided to cut off any form of communication with me and I took it that way. Please don't use that BS.

You are contradicting yourself way too much. If you are going to be THIS professional about it you should never have conducted yourself that way especially if you care about your business. It literally makes zero sense for you to say all this if you actually thought about your "business". Whether or not a customer wants to hang up first ( delete ) and then come back later is 100% up to them. And like I stated, I do not keep people I don't know friended. Unlike you I don't run a "business" so I don't care to keep people who I deem not necessary friended. I'll say it again, I RE-ADDED you because I wanted to lower my offer after half a day of thinking about it. IF that is such an annoyance that you come out triggered then I got nothing much to say.

Dude, stop editing your posts. Say what you want and then add more to it via an extra post. All these edits are not clear process when conducting a business. It brings forth miscommunication.

It is understandable to be ticked off by your means of business practice and that's why I reacted that way. "Contradicting myself way too much?" I think I frankly reacted naturally to how you conducted your account sale. "Whether or not a customer wants to hang up first ( delete ) and then come back later is 100% up to them." This doesn't mean that it will vibe well with the seller/buyer, don't expect people to not be perturbed/offended by your actions.

At the end of the day, I felt like with how miniscule our conversation/interactions are, it would have been done and dusted to end the whole situation there.

And it is understandable to be perturbed/offended/ticked off by your means of business as well. While in your perspective, I came off rude by re-adding you to ask. In my perspective, you came off as being rude. Either way, it is what it is. I won't be checking back here. I'll be ending the conversation here. Hopefully, the dispute goes through. Considering you weren't technically being toxic and rather just being inhospitable. And the same could be said about me.

You're the first one to feel this way when I have been buying accounts from a lot of people WHO'VE CONDUCTED a fairly simple and fair account sale to me, even if it's their first time selling their account in their lifetime. You're the first oddball that feels like what you've done with your account sale is normal and just.

I was triggered with your business practices but I do not think I reacted in a toxic and rude way, ESPECIALLY with what you have handled the entire situation (also considering the fact that you were also going to react in a more blatantly toxic and rude way). I was only really triggered when you blew that out of proportion and left a feedback on my account.

That I can agree. I would feel that it'd be fair to remove the negative feedbacks on both our accounts and move on. I do agree it's really a back and forth situation, what you say about me can also be reversed back to you vice versa. I agree that I could have controlled my emotions way better to react in an even more professional way (like what you've pointed out) but at the same time it can be reversed back to you.

I don't want to drag this conversation further as well. It's a small issue that was blown out of proportion and it shouldn't cause us so much trouble. I apologize in advance. and I hope for the dispute to be settled in both our favours.
