I posted about a discord bot I was selling back in April. However, due to discord's update the bot was no longer working and my discord account was banned. I didn't receive any real interest in the bot and so I stopped bothering to check discord or EpicNPC. I came back to use Epic months later to realize I received negative feedback for a sale that never happened as I didn't have access to discord at all.

- The report: He claims I immediately contacted him on discord and scammed him. This is false because: (1) I did not contact him "immediately" let alone at all; (2) It was impossible for me to contact him as I was banned on discord. As evidenced by other users trying to contact me in April and in September. (3) Moreover, as per EpicNPC rules even IF tangos was in communication with "me" (which we were not), as per the rules, as the buyer, he was to confirm my identity with me on EpicNPC to avoid an imposter (which could have happened in this case).
1. I did not contact him "immediately" as he claims as he attempted to add me on September 6th, "BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE"
2. I was banned from discord in September = impossible for me to add him. As evidenced by this user who attempted to add me in September. "your discord DOESN'T WORK."
3. I was banned from discord in April (before he even "contacted" me) = impossible for me to add him in september. As evidenced by this user who attempted to add me in April: "your discord USERNAME ISNT WORKING FOR ME"
What I think happened:
This user was either frustrated that I did not respond and thus left negative feedback. Or another user made a similar discord name after I was banned and scammed Tangos. Either way I have offered to reimburse him if he can prove that I did in fact scam him (which I did not).
If the buyer was "scammed" by an impersonator I believe this is his fault as he did not follow EpicNPC guidelines.
- Epic NPC guidelines state to always contact and confirm the buyer's identity on EPICNPC not third party sites. As you you can see in the screenshot above with my conversation between the buyer, he never received confirmation of my identity. Thus, if he was scammed by someone impersonating me via discord, that is his fault not mine.
- While in my post I did say "DM me via discord if interested" - the EpicNPC rules still apply as it is common sense to confirm the sellers identity via epicnpc to avoid impersonations.
- In my thread I clearly state that I will provide proof of it working before purchase. If Tangos can prove that I provided this "proof" and that he in fact recieved confirmation via EpicNPC DM that I was the one who scammed him, then I will accept the negative feedback AND reimburse him.
Please remove my negative feedback. I am perfectly fine with my bot threat to remain closed.
