False feedback left on account. Ruining possible deals.

Never exchanged any messages on the website, nothing. Left there, to ruin possible deals in the future. I do not understand how people even have the option to just leave false feedback on a account without proof. Especially when no contact was established, whatsoever.

Can we please proceed with this? I still don't understand how anyone can leave whatever they want on my page, this seriously needs a rework. This is really affecting my attempt to sell an account on the website, people don't trust it even with a mandatory MM.
