She bought my acc for $10

On this thread I had a mistake that it was username unset, I forgot that it was not username unset and I got the wrong description.
But the acc is proper, I had this acc since oct 25 and there's no issue, no negative gems, and I've been logging it. I also set on the thread that im not the Orignal owner.

The acc was bought around nov 13

This the proof that she bought the acc for 10 usd.
We both have messaged each other on discord and epicnpc

The reason I used discord is because its easier to upload images there

She also got the acc and helped her rebind it

After that, she asked me the username. I didn't look for its username but it can be learn by just forgetting password in game and username will pop up.

She told me don't change the password, I can't change it because It wasn't linked on me anymore, its already on her email

At first, I thought we are having language problem and she is using google translate because of bad English

Now here comes the trouble,
She wants me to refund 14.05 usd on paypal

She got the acc, the acc wasn't recalled, its a proper acc and she is telling me that this acc was recalled multiple times without any proof, she black mailed me she will leave a negative feedback If I didn't refund her so because its troublesome on my side because I don't want any issue, I want to settle this pacifistically. I will refund her 14.05 usd or any other way to pay it, but she return my acc, but she don't want to return my acc which is its basically stealing.
She said she will delete the acc for 30 days

This is unethical attitude is unfair and unreasonable.

Then after that she deleted her messages but good thing I had a screenshot before it got deleted

She gave me an unreasonablennegative feedback

I want to fix this issue. This is clearly Defamation, she's trying to ruin my name I took care for years on epicnpc.
She had a karen like attitude.

I can refund her but she has to give my acc back. She was telling me the transaction was unfinished but here I thought it was really done.

I want her negative feedback on my name to be removed.

I know I didn't do anything wrong. You can still login in game using email and password, she already changed the password and I can't access on the acc.
I tried to be meek and polite as much as possible, I was also drunk last nov 14.
But I never did anything bad nor cussed at her, I just told her her demands is impossible to comply, Since username can't be removed. When I was out of sobber I just said I want to settle the dispute but now we have come to this.

I want her negative feedback removed, if she wants her refund she must give what she bought acc back, but she doesn't want to settle that way, she want refund and delete my acc. The thread says I'm not original owner and I'm selling it for low price. I sold it for 10 and she wants 14.05. I can't recall the acc on her. And there's no way support will tell her that this acc has been recalled multiple times, its clearly false statement.. She even deleted her messages on discord trying to set me up.

In addition to my proofs that this acc wasn't recalled or retrieved, I tried to trace the origin of the acc.

First I bought the acc on this person Naya on Facebook for cheap for purpose of reselling

I bought the acc around Oct 25
Naya bought the acc from this person
Named named Jen also from fb

They their convo was around
Oct 23 2 days before it was resold to me.

I messaged this jenn and
And asked where she get it from, they traded acc from discord and this person is named ayacore!!!

They traded around august which had been so long, if the acc was really retrieved, it should be retrieved on me but it didn't, the gap was august and its already nov, it already been passed 30 working days of retrieval and its been neglected and abandoned.
I didn't censor the password because that's s the same password I gave to iceeyes when I binded the acc on her, so the acc never changed its password since august. Its really neglected or abandoned for really long time. Proof that the acc isn't retrieved, I can't retrieve it either because I don't know its details as you can see, I don't even know the username which caused this trouble.

But this person Iceeyes is being toxic a day after she bought the acc on me.
She even tried to set me up, I don't have proof because she deleted her message but I remember what she said

As you see she deleted her messages, she said on those deleted message that I will recall the acc and she will delete it anyway.
She also said she messaged customer support and and said the acc is being recalled multiple times which is false statement, I know hoyo_cs doesn't work like that like they are doing friendly chat. But she deleted the message.
I asked her proof and she start trolling.
She told me
I'm a student not a proff and Im not a kid. So I made my statement clear ad you see there.

And there she's been blackmailing me that she will give me negative feedback.

Its unfair on my side.
She bought the acc for 10 usd
She wants a refund for 14.05 usd (i also have to pay the paypal fees)
But she won't let me get the acc.
That's stealing and she even gave me a negative feedback.
That toxic attitude should be fixed, so I demand deletion of the negative feedback back and I don't have to deal with her anymore, if she wants refund, give back my acc.

A little theatre is really going on here, for 15 $ what can happen unbelievable.
Anyway I said everything I had to say.

It wasn't given to me
I asked for a refund As you can read in the chats in epicnpc.

There as you see, she is lying that she didn't talk on me outside epicnpc, she approached me first on discord before going on epicnpc, you can see
She messaged me in discord around
4:07 am on Phillipine time
And she messaged me on epicnpc around 4:09 am. She also unfriended me on discord yesterday, that deletion of her message on discord is a good evidence that she is setting me up for a dispute.

The only problem we had here is the username because I wasn't able to give it, because i didn't change its password or checked it but.

That can be solved by doing this:

So we came to conclusion of refund,

At first as a seller I refused, why would I refund 14.05 usd if the acc cost 10 usd? Also I was also drunk that time.
And the other reason is
she wants a refund but she won't give back my acc because she's claiming that it will be recalled anyway and so there is no longer victim and she will delete it for 30 days. which is i can't because its stated on the thread that Im not the Orignal owner.

Imagine just because I wasn't able to get the username, she started defaming me. Where it's already common knowledge for some sellers like me that to know the acc username on Hoyoverse , all you have to do is forgot password.

15 usd is cheap, I can refund it but the way she wants do things where I lose money and acc in the process and also left me a bad feedback is very unreasonable and unethical, she even lied on her words about NEVER messaged me outside discord and deleting her messages on discord . I have proofs on my hands and she's just making stories about me which is making her guilty of Defamation.


I had a lots of transaction here on epicnpc before, everytime that the acc I sold was proven recalled, I do 2 things, refund or replace, but this time it wasn't a about that. She wants the acc for free and have tip too beyond it.

Feedback Disputes

1. If TG was used, we will review feedback disputes as normal.
2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.

She deleted her message, she blackmailed me, she will get the refund and will also take the acc so there won't be any victim of it which she assumed that it can be recalled.
Deletion of her own messages is enough proof that she is setting me up

She took the acc and still gave negative feedback and lying.
She told support had lots of recall questions in support about the acc but no proof of it because we all know hoyo cs doesn't work that way
She wants a refund and still gets the acc so I refused to do it, because she wants the acc for free. This proofs already is a big evidence that she's guilty of Defamation, obstruction of evidence and lying
