Paid for 5 duo games for, "<removed>" (2 PLUS/3 REGULAR)

Our site clearly advertises that we charge duo games per WIN OR LOSE.
We feel like (proof with the photos provided) that we played adequately considering the games were not in our favor.
In addition to that we don't even sell duos per the WIN, so that we should not be liable for him dropping a division.
We do NOT sell duo queues per game simply because of cases like this: we do not wish to be responsible for clients looking for duos who are simply too much of a burden on the game.

In addition to that-our guy didn't even talk very much in game...
Plus we have a policy not to rage at clients even if they are very heavy!
(This is within company policy)

Our booster is one of our long time employees who have never received complaints for.
It's difficult to prove that in our time of service you would think we would get more complaints about quality.
But nonetheless, it is a first that I've received a negative comment due to a client that I have PERSONALLY offered to compensate for unsatisfactory games (who after-come back as long term returning clients!)

I would like to dispute this negative comment.

The negative is not about whether or not you provided the service, but the quality of the service.

The expectation of purchasing a boost from a service is that the provider will improve your account, not damage it. Your service provided him with a 1-3 record dropping him a rank.

There is not a scam claim or refund request, but your customer had a bad experience with your service, so that's what negative feedback is for.


You can decide to compensate your customer if you choose by issuing a refund (optional) and I'll then remove the negative, but he has a right to give you a negative for the service he received if you decide not to compensate him.

Sure, once I give screenshots of the refund then the negative will be removed?
We offered to compensate him by boosting him back to his original rank, but he denied/stopped replying.

Once I get your reply to refund him and what you need for me to prove that/etc, I will proceed.
 
I did get a refund, but for the record I did not ask and even said I forfit my last game I purchased. Also his blatantly defamation of me in his negative review when it was his booster that ragged in and out of game and got me demoted. I believe his feedback is uncalled for and strictly for revenge of my bad review.

I removed the negative on Hazy since it was clearly revenge negative. I edited out the lol name.
