Paid for 5 duo games for, "<removed>" (2 PLUS/3 REGULAR)
Our site clearly advertises that we charge duo games per WIN OR LOSE.
We feel like (proof with the photos provided) that we played adequately considering the games were not in our favor.
In addition to that we don't even sell duos per the WIN, so that we should not be liable for him dropping a division.
We do NOT sell duo queues per game simply because of cases like this: we do not wish to be responsible for clients looking for duos who are simply too much of a burden on the game.
In addition to that-our guy didn't even talk very much in game...
Plus we have a policy not to rage at clients even if they are very heavy!
(This is within company policy)
Our booster is one of our long time employees who have never received complaints for.
It's difficult to prove that in our time of service you would think we would get more complaints about quality.
But nonetheless, it is a first that I've received a negative comment due to a client that I have PERSONALLY offered to compensate for unsatisfactory games (who after-come back as long term returning clients!)
I would like to dispute this negative comment.
