Trade guardian was not used. Seller claimed he sent divines but it was never received and then he left bad review.

first video => In game we tried to show our trade with him as a prove. On the other side he just uploaded fake review with photoshop its video of our prove.
second video => I invited him in my dc to show his account video, he refuse and blame me.

I didn't receive the video because I transferred the video of the sale to one of my storage accounts. But after the seller said they delivered it, I got the video from within the game.
Also, it's clear that the seller didn't give me the divines he specified in the photo they uploaded.
What this person is trying to do here is clear.
They are targeting only people who have received positive reviews and blackmailing us with negative reviews.

All the evidence confirms what I'm saying, please check it.
1-Please review the first video I took within the game. In the video, you will see that they trade twice and then cancel.
2-He deliver to someone else (lordKgswat) named in the evidence they sent you. Then they blame me.He needs to deliver divines to DipgazMotovlog so both mine and his evidence approve me.

Items were sent. What this guy is doing, he's giving link to trade, you TP to trade, he sends trade from another account with same item. You can clearly see in his screenshots his another account. It's not possible that some random guy has the same item. Yea, it's my bad that i didn't check nickname in trade, but it's obviously a scam by this buyer.

He just sent me video that proved that fake trader was his account.

They try to same transactions to understand these two people why they teleport his hideout. They put one jewel as market then again two people comes.
Its so clear that somehow people create bots for this RMT. Two bots teleport and send trade both buyer and seller.
So seller mistakenly gives divine to bots account. If you are playing poe2, you can try it too.
However, Solving problem with this ukrainian guy, I want to inform him with this sentence. He is still blaming me. He is avoiding to solve problem.
Please check his prove photo, he is trading with someone else.

I'll explain how trading in PoE2 works.
Buyer gives link to item in PoE2 trade website, you click to whisper message to buyer, tp to hideout and give divines for item that was in trade website.
How Condot scamming sellers. He gives link to item, on another character he has the same item, when i tp to hideout, he already waits me from another character in this hideout and sends trade with same item from fake trader, i give divines to fake trader, and then he says like i don't give anything to him. If you do not punish him, he will do it again and again, it's not possible to seller to give any proofs. He can always say, that it's not him, it's somebody else trying to scam. But it's not possible to have the same item, in that short amount of time and already tp to hideout and wait for divine seller. This scam only possible, if fake trader knows long before trade, what item will be traded for RMT.
Also, he recorded video, that proves, that lordKgswat belongs to him.

This toxic guy keep accusing me, but this is unfair.

I already shared official forum discussions where many players reported the same issue: trade bots in PoE2 instantly teleport and intercept trades made at abnormal prices. This proves the problem is not something I created — it is a known in-game exploit by bots.

On top of that, the account I clearly specified for delivery was DipgazMotovlog, not lordKgswat. You chose to deliver to the wrong account and are now blaming me instead of accepting what actually happened.

I have shown you evidence from the forums, I explained the correct account name, and I have no reason to scam anyone. I am a long-term player and trader, and my reputation matters. Please stop ignoring the facts and accusing me of something that was caused by your delivery mistake and the bot system in the game.

I'll give you full context, so you understand better of this situation, and why i believe that he is scammer 100%.
Look closely at timings in our dialogue, he accused me that i was a scammer, and already prepared everything to "proof" he is not guilty.
Full dialogue

I traded more than 10000 divines in PoE2, and never saw any trader responds that fast with link and price. He didn't even check anything, because he already had everything setup for a scam. Also, at that time, price divines was 0.2-0.29. I can give links to buyers that i usually works with, they all from epicnpc, and they will confirm that nobody was buying for 0.34/div that day

I show every details about he did trading with wrong guy and accusing me. I really spend to much time to solve his problem but he insist blame me agressively.
As a Condot, we did like 20.000 + trade in many platforms , also we have discord channel with full of suppliers. I am really sorry i dont be a guy like (I am big trader, we trade every month like 30000+ usd trades in there. He is a toxic guys who accusing us for his fault but this is reality)
I really care my feedback too much because as a Condot, I want to be safest market in all time.

@EpicNPC If you want to see how we trade, i can invite you to show how we trade fairly.
In past, I have one dispute in that platform too, you admin team said you are wrong then i accepted and pay like 200 usd without questioning.
However, I am totaly innocent and that guy never show us any prove. He delivered wrong guy and made a senerio to blame me.

This is incorrect. The seller can simply ask "Tell me the account username for the trade request.' That would prevent this type of scam.

1. Could be random bot spam in-game and a bad coincidence that has nothign to do with Condot.
2. Condot could be scamming as you claim.
3. You could be scamming and own both accounts to try to get Condot banned, ruin his reputation or scam him for money without giving him anything.

There is zero evidence to suggest which one is correct.

Since no one exchange usernames, I have no way to confirm that account belongs on Condot. The feedback has been removed.
