Fake negative feedback

For this negative , i have much to say about it
First, yes we paid all the coins he have sent which i can put on my paypal receipt
in the first beginning, we said clearly already we can only send usual paypal payment instead of family and friends, only can send FF unless it is 100
we did not rush him to sell and it is all his choice to sell either get paid with usual paypal or until 100usd with F&F
and for the payment turnabout time , and yes it due to time zone difference, cashier not working 24hrs a day but we managed to get all of them paid once cashier back to work
so please look into it , and help to remove this fake negative part thx

we made him serveral times even to send family and friend payment still since he keep insisting and threatening me
and said again the last time that we could not do it again for his future orders , he also said ok
but after that he asked it again which we could not let it happen again so we send usual paypal payment

payment is held by paypal and need us to confirm 48hrs which he also knew and said ok to wait before
he always said yes and break his words again after
this time he still angry and not want to wait for the confirmation , that's the reason why he left the feedback

he let us to delete his account first at our site to sell and we did
then he wantted to sell again and refunded that payment on held , insist on us to send still him FF payment
that was late night time also weekends from our end, cashier not working to send payment

the time is shown from discord time , that it is early day time
we managed to send him again the family and friend payment for our last transaction and he agreed to leave the false negative feedback
BUT he break his words again , without doing so and delete me from the discord account
So all in all, we have done the best we can do already , paid him all the money for his coins and we want this false nagative feedback removed

this is from our first paypal which we sent him 4 times the paypal via service and goods payment method since all of them below 100usd
he insisted on refund to me after and threatening me to send via family and friends

then we did for him once cashier at back to work from our main paypal
so i have no idea why he always saying we scam , what we have scammed of him?
we always helped him still with FF payment even if it is not we usually do , and for the payment rule , it is already stated before everything
Instead he always break his words again and again and always threatening me with negative feedback which should not be ok
