Recently I have received negative feedback from EpicNPC member called "rroku" with a negative comment: "Account banned, I would stay away. No refund, nothing."
I don't know who this guy is at all, he never contacted me on Skype or Discord saying that he got banned because of my service or to ask for a refund. He just posted a negative feedback and that is all.
I am not saying that he didn't buy from me, maybe he did, I am not sure who he is or what was his order because he did not contacted me before posting a negative feedback.
The only reason that could get him banned is by ordering World of Warcraft PvP Arena boost and for such a thing I am not responsible.
On my website (www.felboost.com) you can clearly read my Terms and Conditions and my Refund policy which says that I am not held responsible for Blizzards actions such as account suspension, account ban or account disqualification because no body is able to control things like that,
every service can tell you that World of Warcraft PvP Arena Boost is never 100% safe.
All my services are 100% done by real players without using any 3rd party software that can give us advantage over other World of Warcraft players.
And for every PVP Arena order I ALWAYS provide live stream link from Twitch where customers can watch how we play.

Please ask him to provide evidence that his World of Warcraft got banned because of my service and please ask him to provide evidence of chat where he contacted me to ask about refund or to notify me about his account ban.
