Feedback will only be reviewed if you used EpicNPC chat or Trade Guardian

EpicNPC chat or Trade Guardian was used:

  • Go to Trade Guardian > History and click the report button.
  • Open the chat, click the gear icon for any message and click the "report" button. Then select the "Dispute" option.
Someone will then claim your report and investigate your claim.


EpicNPC chat or Trade Guardian was not used:
If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.
  • Proof of sale will be requested.
    • Buyer can show they sent payment.
    • Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
  • No further investigation will be conducted.
  • Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.
Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.

We never had a deal, this person refused to show proof of ownership, and later on, they received 3 more reports saying that they scam. Now their profile is banned bc they scam. They also used photos of other people to scam. They refused to use Trade guardian and Discord middlemen.

I tried opening disputes about the feedback from day 1, but I got no help from the website.
