I want to open a dispute because I have received a negative feedback from the user: Kinkys and this is false.

Yesterday I received negative feedback from this user that makes no sense or is justified. I mean, it's fake.
First the user says that the purchased account has been banned. He then says that he contacted me and had no response.

An administrator can check that it's indeed the same mage. The new post was posted once mage reached level 80 (Because the first publication was made before September 26, the day the patch was implemented and it was already possible to level from 70 to 80).
He says that the account was banned but I just have to say that the account was not sold to him. It was sold to https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/us-h-faerlina-80-blood-elf-mage-140-fake-name-unique-owner.2342474/ (Vavewave) with TRADE GUARDIAN:
So, It is impossible that the account has been banned because I never sold an account to him.
Also he said that he never had a response from me after the purchase a week ago (in addition to the fact that I did not sell any accounts to him, even if he had, he did not contact me either).
He was interested in buying this account but the deal was never finalized and the account was sold to someone else.
Disputes are not investigated if they are made outside of epicnpc but neither inside nor in discord nor privately through epicnpc did this user make a sale with me, much less present any inconvenience because there was no sale.
I really don't understand what happened to this user. He probably bought an account from another user (maybe the warlock that appears in the chat and in his reviews on epicnpc) and got confused with me. If not then maybe he was just mad that I already sold the account to someone else and if not this then I think he was just trying to destroy my reputation.
Even though everything was clarified previously and that a sale was never made with this user, in any case I'm very clear in my account sales posts specifying that the responsibility when buying an account falls on the buyer because there is never a 100% probability that the account will not be banned since the sale of accounts is and will always be an activity not allowed by the game.
I'm honest and direct when I say that I promise that the account is 100% clean but I don't guarantee that the account will not be banned and the buyer understands this.
Please, I request that the negative feedback be removed. I believe that it should not be changed to neutral because there was no negotiation or anything like that. No sale was ever made with him.
