Fake feedback, please help me remove it

Hello Team,

The person left a fake feedback on my profile because they got scammed by a random discord user using my epicnpc name.

The person never checked with me on epicnpc or spoke to me when this feedback was given.

Can you please remove it from my profile?

Is it possible to change my epicnpc name to avoid this from happening?
