Fake feedback no transaction with this person

I never contacted the person who left the review or sold them an account. I use Trade Guardian or only contact with the buyers through EpicNPC via private messages.

• Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
• Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
• Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

Please provide proof the feedback is false.

I didn't contact him or sell him the account; while the ad was still active, a lot of scammers were joining Discord. I saw many ads for copies of my character, which I didn't create. I also reported it in the feedback section immediately after receiving the message, but received a message that only reviews sent through TradeGuardian could be viewed. Only recently did I realize I should have reported it here and created a thread. The account was sold on another platform. I've always worked honestly, my accounts are clean, and I've always been the original owner of my accounts.
