fake feedback , no transaction done

Hi , recently i recieved feedback on my profile by the user xAzureSpirit https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/1027985/view , with whom i have done no transaction .
the feedback was created rigth after an altercation via EPICNPC DMS .
there was no transaction done , as we didn't even agree on price , as per our DMs , nor was any payment information , account information or money send around
i can and will provide any pictures and translations if you need them , all of the conversations are on site , so you should be able to see them .
