User bought 2 sub bot keys, one for his friend and one for him, his friend did not pay him the key as far as i understood and he wanted me to refund him.
After this approach failed he then started making excuses saying he doesnt like the software etc (still he wants refund only for 1 key, and wants to keep the other???? if software works bad why he keep the key he's using, refund only his friend? clearly shows he likes the software and just wants a refund for the key his friend didnt pay him for).
basically he is threating me to keep this negative feedback only because i refuse to refund him 1 key.
Also the offer i made for him was 200$ for 2keys, original price is 1key 150$, so i cannot refund him because he had a 2key deal only, so he did not pay for 2 keys separately, he paid 200$ only because he got 2keys at the same time, that was the deal.
It was made very clear refunds are not possible.

I did not scam him, both his keys are still active, but i made it clear no refunds are possible, if his friend refused to pay him flor his key what is my responsability? It's his fault for trusting his friend would pay, i gave him 2 keys as he asked and made him a special deal for that, last but not least he has full access to the software and everything still.
