Hey, I am a seller at Epicnpc
Few days back I received a negative feedback, he put the thread link of my MM ready and 5 Year Coin accounts, the guy never contacted me on any of my provided platform to resolve the issue, and he claims that I restored the account within a day , I contacted him on Epicnpc but he never responded. I have sold several accounts on this platform and even this issue had come somehow he should've contacted me on the provided platforms
I contacted the guy who recently bought 5 year coin account on 30th March 2018 , he doesn't have any issue and he didn't provide any feedback
So its effecting my reputation. Kindly warn / make him to remove his feedback and contact me if he needs any help related to any account he bought from me. Thanks
Secondly there's a guy who made negative feedback for me for not getting account instantly, it happens rarely that the buyer does not receive details from site after purchasing, unfortunately it happened to him, so he made a negative feedback without waiting for me to reply him on Skype, as I was offline. Now as soon as I got online I delivered him the details so he made another positive feedback later day but doesn't remove the older one as he didn't know how to and he isn't responding now. Kindly help me maintaining my reputatiom. I have many satisfied buyers on Epicnpc but few gave feedbacks most of them doesn't just because of laziness.Thanks alot in advance
