Recently, during about 2 weeks, we have been getting warned about an impersonator using our name claiming (due to Discord Nitro changed tag and special characters) to be us and scamming other people on Epic7, Valorant and Genshin Impact forums (that we are corcerned about).
We have already written our Discord ID on our profile to avoid any other incidences but we always tell the customers to message us on the forum to proof it is the leggit one. In this case, this user has been scammed by the impersonator and left us a negative feedback. There has never been any purchase or order made from him.
He just contacted us today demanding his account but he soon realized that we were not the ones who had stolen him the account and he told us he would get in touch with the support to remove the feedback.
We have already been criticized by other customers saying they do not feel comfortable with a bad negative feedback called "scammers" as it is the first that appears in our profile.
We have been trying to keep that feedback rating to 100% for about 2 years now and we would really like to keep it up and stay it at 100% forever.
For this reason, we are appealing to get this feedback removed from our profile since there has not been made any purchase.
