(Eve) Anyone have any experience buying with $$ and character transfer through CCP?

If I pay with paypal, and they are to transfer the character through the in game system, anything I should worry about? A bit nervous as a buyer going into this. I read the scam sticky, eve is a bit different as this 'legit' transfer system is in place. Anyone have experience with this?
