Hello! I am new to this website so I hope that I am making this post correctly. 
I am looking to buy a starter account that has Columbina and her signature weapon Nocturne's Curtain Call. Constellations are not required. If there is additionally another character on the account that is a Moonsign character AKA is able to proc Nascent Gleam/Ascendant Gleam, then that would be appreciated, but also not necessarily required either.
Ideally, this account would be as low AR/adventure rank as possible... And it would have as little exploration completed as possible... Which I have been having trouble finding.
I know that this is sort of a tall order, though.
I would also prefer an account that is not bound or linked to any sort of social media or other services.
I have no preference as to the gender of the MC. I usually play on PC.
Please let me know if you can help me with this!!!
