What is the dispute about? EpicNPC Moderator scammed me. Used the fact that he/she was a moderator to gain my trust and then went dark after money was sent. Verifiable link between the email and the EpicNPC account. I wanted to make sure he/she didn't claim it "was someone claiming to be them but not really them". Also, has done this in the past as another dispute is open against them. Honestly I just want the Destiny 2 account so I'm willing to drop dispute because a moderator account must be nice, if they are willing to give me account. If not, well... gunning for that ban.
Other details / notes:
I showed the messed up Paypal send (where my buddy put in wrong email) to show that it did happen, and thankfully Breizh made the mistake of PMing me that he "never got payment" even though I never talked to him via EpicNPC DM, proving that the email is him and he is a scammer. I do show the actual transaction that went through too just to verify I did pay him without receiving goods.

the last couple of screenshots are just there to show he had full opportunity to reply to me (on within last hour) and the email footprint is in French and Briezh is from Franc on EpicNPC, just more proof.
