EPIC upgrade phone verification problem

im having a problem with epic member upgrade. when i get to the phone verification part it keeps saying please provide a valid number. do i ad dashes or is there something else. im also trying to use a pinger/text free number so could that be the problem?

also is there any way to change my name?

When you enter your phone number the system bases the country code on your IP address. If it say its invalid that means the IP is from a different country.

If your using a VPN or some anonymous feature on your phone, you'll have to turn it off.
