What is the dispute about?
I found an Epic Seven Account for sale here with the user SoraDarkZ. Sale was agreed upon and proceeded with TG back in Feb 6 2023. The only issue I had was that the seller said that the email that was linked with the account, he could not remember the login info as he mentioned in the TG narrative and was agreed upon that he was going to try recover it.
Tried logging into the game today and it is totally wiped from my id screen. I also messaged my guild leader as I have not logged on since 17/5/23 and he mentioned to me that I left the guild yesterday. I was not on yesterday at all. The ingame name has been changed as well. The only option is that he has reclaimed the account. I will post the screenshots accordingly. I will not be able to create a support ticket as I have no access to the email in question either.

Did the seller say he's the original owner?
Yes he did.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
Email and Password to the TG and was passed on to me during transaction.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Feb 6 2023 - May 19 2023
