What is the dispute about? The email linked to the fortnite account was recovered.
Other details / notes: The email account email was linked to a foreign ISP company. After the account was recovered I investigated further into how they were able to do it after linking my own email as the recovery. I found out the email address associated with the account was linked to a foreign (french) ISP service provided. There is a master account that can be logged into and control all the sub-accounts under it. I will provide proof below of how the email account was reset even after the password was changed and I added a backup email.
The seller has been working with me to attempt to get the email changed to a new email address by contacting epic support then say he says will transfer the email information to once it's completed. It has taken days now and every day he tells me it will be another day. (I can provide proof of this but I have run out of images on the thread)
Disclaimer: As of now the fortnite account has not been recovered. Fortnite has no way to change the email address on the account page therefore the account can be recovered at any time because I no longer have access to the email. Regardless of still having the fortnite account, I would never have purchased the account without email access, therefore, I would like my money back. I would be happy to provide the seller with the login information to the account once the money is returned.
