Other information: I had requested this morning why the files was claimed since the user messages me zero times, there was no reply so I am now filing this here as well as in ebay. I attached a screenshot of the conversation. (Convo.JPG)

What is the dispute about? 2 months later the user is claiming that we did not send the account.

Their claim on ebay: After a thorough review of my recent transactions, it has been brought to my attention that Two Telecommunications never provided me with the service that was advertised, and what I paid for. The seller indicated that upon purchase, I would receive a Sea of Thieves account with maximum statistics acquired. I had been continously in touch with the seller prior to the purchase. It became very apparent that I wasn't going to receive the product which was advertised, after he became increasingly less co-operative, and eventually ended up blocking me on Discord, which was the inital communication between the two of us. Ever since the date of transaction, I was extremely pro-active in terms of reaching out to the seller via Discord, private messaging on the website, and even the thread. The seller will not respond to me despite being extremely communicative before the purchase, which makes it extremely evident to me that the seller is fraudulent. I am frustrated and agonised to a great extent, due to the fact I have not received, and will not receive the account promised, hence why I am requesting a full refund for this transaction
