Other details / notes: We agreed on 60/40 deal , 60 before process and 40 after , I ended up paying 100 in full then he said hes going to link the account to my twitter account and then in few minutes at date 18.8.2019 11:30PM he was gone till next day 19.8.2019 - 12:00AM claiming he fell asleep. When he reached out to me after 12 hours +- , he said he is going to link it --- then he went silent again. I spammed his mail but no response. Then I made some quick mail to contact him that I am interested in the acc and he responded in few minutes , then when I revealed myself he stopped again and went ghostmode....
