What is the dispute about?
After I bought the account, I had played alot on it as my smurf and raised the mmr around 500 points. In May, I lost access to the account but I did not know that I could raise a dispute about it. I contacted the seller for the recovery info and he provided them but when I tried to recover it, steam support said that the recovery had to be done with the first email owned by the seller. I requested for the seller to recover it but he refused. It is highly likely that the seller recovered the account and sold it away since he refused to do the recovery. I have logs from steam support saying that all thats needed is for the recovery to be done using the first email.
The last game played by myself on the account was 3 months ago, as a bane game where I went 3/9/16

It is very obvious that after that, the games were played very poorly and in a different region. It's then that the account was recovered and the password changed.
Other details / notes: It's unlikely that the account was hacked because I have 2 other accounts with 700+ dollars of items inside and they weren't touched.

Did the seller say he is the original? Yes. Please see Capture 1
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) ID and password. Then he added phone number to it.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 3 months.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. Captures 4-5
