Do you guys believe I could get a trade done with incomplete Original Owner info?

Hey guys, I've recently gotten the itch for trading an account I traded for back in 2008. It's been so long, and i've lost the info I had written down about the Original Owner. The account is totally clean and has never been banned/suspended (except for the one time I said Anal [Hemorrhage] in trade!)

I was a repped user on MarkeeDragon (Oldmanwifgaems) and I was wondering if anyone would EVER consider trading accounts without info.

I.E: I trade an account and give no info (I dont have it), the other fellow does not reveal his into to me. He has nothing to lose, and I have everything to lose.

Is this a fair trade, and one that would possibly work? I remind you that this account has been in my possession since summer 2008 and is "cool" to the point where Blizz would not suspect trading.

I wouldn't trade the account under any circumstances. You're already under threat from getting Keylogged and having absolutely no way to get your information back - I'd say out of dealing with the people who'll IM you on MMOBAY, you have a 95% chance of getting scammed.

Except for the fact that battle.net was not available for wow accounts back in 2008 and there would be no reason you dont have full information for the battle.net account you set it up under.

Except for the fact that battle.net was not available for wow accounts back in 2008 and there would be no reason you dont have full information for the battle.net account you set it up under.

The Battle.net portion is under my name. But the original owners name is on the WoW account. Is this an issue?

MD deleted the rep threads, and that's where my rep was. I wasn't TWV.

I've heard of a very similar story to this one. Unfortunately, it went sour where the person who did NOT have the information to recall the account ended up with nothing. It's very risky and I would limit yourself to only very reputable members if any. It's also hard for you to be able to trade without the information in the first place. My recommendation is to just hold onto it and enjoy it since you seem cautious about losing it.
