Do middlemen check accounts?

Do middlemen check accounts to see if the account is legit?.

[Romolus]

Of course they do, otherwise they would make themselves liable.

[The Integrity]

Yes, for majority of games and platforms the MM will check the account in-game and make sure that it matches with what is advertised.

Not all MMs support all platforms, such as PSN, Xbox or ios, but we have different ways of checking those, so the answer is still yes.
