Hello, EpicNPC Support Team

Today a man wrote me, who said he was buying a game code not even asking the price, only asking for proof that code is valid. He wanted photo of the screenshot + date + his nickname (This looks weird, because he doesn't even know the price). I assume it was done to scam other users with that photo. After that he started talking angry with the phrases like: "Do you even know who I am"; "I know all american streamers"; "All your reviews are from bots and they are not real".

I think that these feedback is absurd and irrelevant. The man began to threaten after I didn't provide him any proof, which looks very weird.

I hope you can help solve this problem
Sincerely yours, Pirate Lord

Hi EpicNPC,

I've been able to conduct multiple transactions with users via EpicNPC's platform and never experienced someone (especially a "well-known seller") to be so difficult to deal with. I started my question off with no aggression, as you can see per his screenshots and even included a smiley face to show that i was friendly. (i understand tone can be lost in translation sometimes when emailing)

Since inception, the PirateLord has been aggressive and immediately denying my request for proof of the code. To clarify proof, i was not asking for a screenshot of the exact alpha-numeric code and i am hoping that that is already implied. Just like any other user on the platform i have been showed valid proof that the code is in fact real and in their possession through a screenshot of some nature. I am not going to pay someone thousands of dollars on a good hunch that they have it. Not to mention, hes offering Affiliate Alliance sails and many other Sea of Thieves accounts for sale that have items are just unobtainable to get, unless you are cosmetic hacking or playing the game since day 1. (i.e. the Affiliate Alliance sails which are only distributed by the game developers to affiliates)

I started off the day very excited to purchase the code from the Pirate Lord and just needed some sort of proof that i will not be scammed given the rarity of it. Instead, he was passive aggressive and denied my request outright. He should not be requesting discussions offline of EpicNPC on Disrcord. Alternatively, I would expect him to list the price on his forum post and run everything via tradegaurdian. I have purchased codes upwards of $1,000.00 USD from his partners and never had any issues. The only reason I messaged him on discord to begin with was because his forum post said too.

Apologies you had to deal with this any further and I do stick with my negative feedback review. I truly wish the PirateLord as a seller was not so malicious and customer service a bit better, especially if he is selling 5K USD codes.

If you require anything else from my side, please let me know. I can privately talk about my relationships with any SoT partners and or previous transactions on the forum with his partners who were extremely helpful.

Have a wonderful evening,
FrontLine

You were answered without aggression, the fact that you were offended by it and perceived it as aggression is only your subjective opinion
I did not have a deal with him, I rejected his request, respectively the feedback is false

I'm sorry but answered without aggression? your opening DM, firstly questioned something that is obvious and second denied my request of proof, immediately. Furthermore, had you replied simply saying, i will send you proof of the code once we come to an agreement on price, sure! i would have been happy to wait but you immedeitly denied my only request to ensure you were not going to scam me. The code itself, as we both know is thousands of dollars in its state.

I do not need to continue engaging your comments, the feedback is not false and i care far more about the proof than the price. This could have easily been avoided.

Again, EpicNPC, i apologies for having to deal with this.

Best,
FrontLine

I understand that you were offended and it should have looked different in your head, but I answered as I saw fit and it was a neutral answer
Do not be offended because you were not provided with proof, and even more so to slander a person "Scammer" and other words

The admin has a correspondence where it is clear that we did not have a deal with you, I just refused you, after which you started writing an offended message

Ive blocked you on discord and want no further interaction with you. Kindly leave the decision to the administrators, I have made my case in full.
