The user "Sokniw" claimed an unauthorized payment on paypal after CCP removed his ISK!

Buying virtual currency is a risk in most games because obviously it isn't allowed, as in the case of EVE Online. it's not my fault.

By your statement Alienhated I'm assuming you are confirming your account was caught, banned and ISK was removed, correct?

How much was purchased?

Buying in-game currency is a risk both the buyer and seller take and accept. As long as the seller delivers the ISK in a way that is consistent with what is accepted as a "safe" way to sell ISK, then they are not responsible.

Sokniw you must show proof that the ISK was delivered to you in a manner that greatly increased the risk of getting caught. If you cannot do that, then you must cancel the dispute.

Sokniw has been notified.

Sokniw was active today and did not respond. Ban in 24 hrs if he fails to show proof the ISK was delivered in a very risky manner or does not cancel the dispute.

My account wasn't banned yet, but in EVE every few months they will caught you whatever the method of delivery you use. So it may be possible that they removed his ISK.

He bought 6 PLEX which I put into a ship for the trade, 48$ total. We traded on 9/11/2013.

I know I'm not supposed to post unless involved but just confirming that dropping a ship in space is a fairly standard way to trade items instead of direct trade or ingame contracts. Ive dealt with sokniw before so this is a bit surprising. Hope it all gets straightened out.
