What is the dispute about?
i added Alp#3143 (wixiee) on discord a few days back, he showed me good proof of him actually owning the dlc and seemed very trustworthy. After that i asked him to confirm onsite like shown in the screenshots below. A few days later when the money arrived he blocked me and i never got to hear from him again. (I paid via bank transfer)

Here he was asking me which payment method to use after which i responded with wise but due to verification issued i decided to pay with bank transfer later on. I also asked him to make a video for proof that he actually owns the dlc, which he did and the video is privated now.
