What is the dispute about?
Me and apexseller had a conversation about his account. And after some talking I decided to buy the account. And went with his payment option. Western Union banktransfer.
After a while he decided to send me "the account" since its a 0-2business day payment method.
After I received what I thougt was the account we discussed I saw that It was another account. That didnt have any heirlooms, nor the skins or the level in the pictures of the original thread.
I tried to message him about It as he could have just sent the wrong account and In my mind I thougt. If he was a scammer why would he just not block me straight away. But Its been 2 days without any responses. So I decided to add him on an alt discord account to see if he would respond If I acted like a new buyer, and he did.
So now I know for sure It wasnt a mistake and he just took the money and didnt give me what I payed for.
