Hello,
I'm opening a dispute regarding a false and damaging feedback left by the user "juanitorainman", who posted the following comment on my profile:
I want to clearly state that I have never had any interaction with this user, neither through EpicNPC messaging nor via Discord. There has been absolutely no discussion, no negotiation, and certainly no transaction of any kind between us.
This user has no feedback history on EpicNPC and seems to have created this account only to leave this harmful and baseless feedback.
I never sent any PayPal link to this person, nor did I refuse to use a middleman in any conversation with them – again, because no conversation ever took place. This feedback is completely fabricated and highly misleading to potential buyers.
I always follow proper trading procedures on EpicNPC and I am fully open to using Trade Guardian or a trusted middleman for any transaction, as my past history can confirm. I take my reputation seriously and have made sure to build it transparently and honestly.
I kindly request that this false feedback be investigated and removed. I am also open to providing any logs or information required to prove that no exchange or communication has ever happened with this user.
