Hello,

I would like to dispute the feedback left by the buyer:

“Took account back in middle of middleman transaction, he gave it back after and the reason was that he got scared, for now account is in buyer’s possession, I will update if he takes it again.”
Here are the facts:

  • The account was never taken back with malicious intent. The situation arose due to a payment delay on the buyer’s side, which led to some misunderstanding and concern.
  • As soon as the situation was clarified, I immediately restored full access to the buyer.
  • In our private messages, the buyer confirmed that this was not an attempt to scam, and acknowledged that I was polite and cooperative throughout the entire transaction.
  • The buyer (Sprezza) has now had the account for over 10 days without any issue.
  • Most importantly, Sprezza himself agrees with this explanation and confirms that the sale was honored correctly.
In summary, the transaction had a brief misunderstanding but was resolved quickly and without bad intentions. The buyer confirms I did not scam him, and the deal was completed as agreed.

Therefore, I kindly ask that this feedback be reconsidered or removed, as it does not accurately reflect the reality of the transaction.

Thank you.

Seller took the account from me in the middle of Trade Guardian transaction,Mike can check the chat to confirm everything.
He did not scam in the end and buyer got his account.
Still suspicious behaviour and feedback should remain,he did not follow TG rules and literally took the account from me while i was holding it and waiting on buyer to pay the seller.

The feedback that i gave doesn't have anything to do with the buyer itself. It's left by me so other middlemans/people who deal with this person can be aware of things that he can do.

To clarify my position following Delac’s (middle man) response: a delay in the payment occurred due to the restriction of the buyer Sprezza’s payment account, which could have lasted up to 48 hours.

During the transaction, Delac asked me to remove all my security access (phone and recovery email) and replace them with the buyer’s phone number, without adding any recovery email or other backup, and this was before I had received the payment.

In order to avoid any risk of losing the account — which has significant value — I changed the password as a precaution.

As soon as the buyer Sprezza sent me the payment through another method, I immediately provided all the account information.

I would also like to point out that I have already completed several transactions on this platform without any issues, and the buyer is now fully enjoying his account without problems.

You did not talk to me,just went and took the account from me without a word.
Rules of the Trade Guardian were not followed, you could've easily scammed, maybe you changed your mind in the end and that is why you gave the account back once he payed.Feedback will remain

Can confirm - I've had the account for 10+ days now, it's secure, and everything is correct. As Delac said the feedback is not mine, I can understand both sides but I think flagging Intifada as a scammer is a bit unfair given that he returned access right away after the payment, it seemed more like a misunderstanding than a scam. If I notice any problems in the future, I'll be sure to report them right away.

Noone flagged him as a scammer, feedback is warning for other people as i said above, over 20k transactions that i did on this platfom this situation never happend to me.
He stole account from middleman without saying a word, there is nothing to talk here or argue.

9:45am - MM secures account
- Buyer/seller Issue with Wise and Paypal payment options
11:04am - buyer pays seller
11:10am - MM provides login to buyer
11:10am - seller states he changed password, scare buyer wasn't going to pay
- seller provides updated password to MM
Transaction Completed

If the buyer doesn't pay, the MM would simply return the account back to you Intifada. There is no reason to recover the account when the MM holds it. There is no way for you to get scammed if the buyer doesn't pay.

That said, when a user receives a negative feedback and resolves it, we update the feedback to neutral. Since this was resolved, we'll do the same. The feedback has been changed to neutral, but the comment will remain as is. Intifada you can reply to the feedback to state your side.

I acknowledge that I should not have changed the password during the transaction, and I understand why this raised concerns. However, I would like to clarify the reason behind my decision: when the account was transferred to the MM, there were no recovery options set up for me—no recovery email and no phone number other than the futur buyer (sprezza). Normally, middlemen add their own recovery details to prevent the account from being locked, but that was not the case here. This situation made me nervous, especially since the Wise verification could have taken up to 48 hours, and I did not want to risk losing access to the account during that time.

I have previously experienced an issue with Google where I was unable to recover an account because there was not enough recovery information. That past experience influenced my decision to act more cautiously in this case.

That being said, I sincerely thank Sprezza for his understanding and cooperation, and I appreciate the EpicNPC staff for taking my explanation into consideration and already updating the feedback to neutral. At this point, the comment itself is no longer relevant, since I no longer have access to the account and it fully belongs to Sprezza, who has confirmed everything is working fine.

Thank you again for your fairness and support.
