Banned user @XMarketing (seller)

User's known information

Reported problem: Parties:
Buyer – Myself (Forum Name: Rockyjoy, Discord Name: Rockyjoy)
Seller – Forum Name: XMarketing, Discord Name: Shiro
Original Owner – Based on sellers description, original owner is in contact with him. I have never seen or talked to the original owner.
All photo supports:
Account taken back by original owner or seller and the seller stopped responding to messages. The original owner/seller that got account back also tried to charge $1~2K on my financial account on file.

After I purchased the account, I have additionally purchased a name tag change, server transfer, and in game monthly pass for the diablo immortal account purchased.

Timeline:
5/15 – Account purchased through middle man.
5/16 – Account recalled by owner when he said he was “testing to see if he can recall accounts”. See #1 and #2 photo
5/16 – Seller returned the account to me.
5/17 – Account was banned. See #3 and #4 photo, I have no access to this account from this day onward.
5/18 – Seller said he sent in an email to request account to be unbanned. In order to get real time communications, we added each other on discord and started our conversation there (see #5-10 photos)
5/23 – First email came back stating account was recovered and password reset. However, we both decided that blizzard misunderstood the original unban request since account was still banned. (see #11 photo)
5/23 – Seller resubmitted the ticket for the unban request.
5/28 – I received email saying account ban was lifted but reverted to a icloud email, which the seller said is the original owner’s email. See #12 and #13 photo.
5/28 – later that day, my paypal was flooded with fraudulent payments that added up to a couple thousand USD and I had to call paypal to lock and cancel my credit account. This is also part of the screenshots from #5-10.
5/29 – Seller said he will try to recover the account and check with original owner. He did say he will try to replace the account but I decided to work out a way to refund instead of replacing since I do not like to deal with this anymore.
5/30 – I have not heard back from seller after multiple follow ups.

At this time, the diablo immortal account that I purchased is not safe to use anymore after the multiple recalls and fraudulent charges that I disputed with paypal credit. Especially considering I have not have any access for almost 2 weeks now, and the account will be back fully to seller’s possession if he successfully recalls the account as he said on 5/29. I tried to trust the seller all this time out of good faith but it has come to a point that I would like to stop the transaction ask for a refund.

Outcome of dispute: XMarketing agreed to issue a full refund, but needed 30 days.

XMarketing was given 10 days to issue 1/3 refund, but failed to send any payment.

Ban will remain until the full refund is received by the buyer.
