Reported problem: This user took back the money I got scammed from an account he sold. He claimed it was "OG owner" in his post but it turned out he bought it from someone else. When the "seller" that sold him the account backed it, he refuse to do me refund
Outcome of dispute: Buyer @kylernguyen11 was unable to access the account as the account is recalled by Original Owner. Seller claimed that theyre the OO when he posted the account, but then found out that it was a false advertisement and saying that he bought it from someone else.
After a long silence, Buyer tried to open a dispute thru PayPal, but failed because the Seller fought back and seems like manipulated the proof of transaction while trying to bring the dispute on his favor.
