What is the dispute about?

1. Purchased account from Sanz which he gotten from another platform. (Used Paypal G&S)
2. After my payment was made, Sanz told me to wait as he is looking for a middleman service.
3. Sanz said that after he logged in to the account, there was a Google Play account linked to it and contacted his seller about it. (Sanz mentioned it was only MiHoYo login method before the payment, I was fine about the Google Play account linked since that Google Play account is also provided)
3. His seller provided the supposed Google Play account that was linked. Sanz "checks" the account, then proceeds to give me all the account details. I've changed the gmail password and secure it with 2nd auth and recovery.
4. 2 months later, I noticed a reduction of my game currency. I grew suspicion that someone had accessed my account and I went on to check, I requested a password change through my email that I have linked and that's when I noticed a problem. The Google Play account that I received, did not have any data to it. I was even prompted to create a Google Play gamer ID. (Mostly I used MiHoYo as my game login method and never touched Google Play login)
5. I contacted Sanz about this and asked if he have checked the google play account that was given, is linked to the account and he said that he have checked and "never missed it".
6. Sanz came back to me with his seller's reply that the account 'gmail had already delete access to this game' If that's the case then why was I given a dummy Google Play account and not told that the gmail does not have access before and after payment was done? Sanz then proceeds to push the blame on me asking me why have I not checked the account when it's his responsibility to fully secure the account before giving it to the buyer as forum rule states.
7. Disappointingly, Sanz came up with such reason that he had "a lot of transactions" at that time so he wasn't able to check the login, which contradicts to what he said previously. Quantity over quality? Or a massive security flaw in service?
8. Sanz got back to me saying that the seller said he had given the right email and it's impossible to get login access. Now if I was given the right gmail, why was I prompted to create a Gamer ID which have no game data or link to the game whatsoever? (Please take note that in the game, changing of Google Play account linked is *impossible*, the only possible changes are phone number and email)
9. Sanz said hes only able to assist me and refund if the dispute with his off-site middleman service is valid and he needed me to provide him proof.
10. MM got back to Sanz saying that "the buyer confirms without checking carefully" so ultimately, he can't be refunded. He contacted the seller if he could give refund but seller decline because the money is already gone.
11. I've reiterated that as a seller, he should have fully secured the account in the first place. Sanz mentioned that the epicnpc forum rules does not apply to him because the account is not under his possession and he only opened a service. (In this sentence, I've figured I'd ask you epicnpc mod if what he said is true)

Other details / notes:

Please take note that I did not rush him during the transaction of the account so his point where he said he had a lot of transaction going on at that time is invalid.

Unfortunately, I have too many insecurities of the account that was I given now. Did I get what I paid for? Don't think so, since the original user of the account can always login via Google Play and request to change phone number, email or the MiHoYo password whenever he/she feels like it. If possible, I would refund but it would not be worth to return the account since I have pulled a character with it's own signature weapon, increasing its value.

I've looked for methods to find out the date of the gmail date of creation since I couldn't find the first intiation gmail message when you first register the account. Using Google API V3 Get (Unsure if accurate) It was shown that the account was created on the 11 February 2020 10:28AM whereas I purchased the account from Sanz at 11 February 2020 estimated 5:55PM so this is kind of suspicious.

To the point
1.Buyer asks me to find the account & the account you are looking for has been found
2. We discuss about the account and agree to take it
3. I get payment from the buyer and use the midleman service(outside epicnpc)
4. We continue the transaction, I give the money to the midleman and the account will be forwarded to the buyer after I check (first check)
5. After that I told the buyer to double check and he said "ok" and the transaction ended.
6. 2 months passed the buyer returned and submitted responsibility for account security and this dispute happened.
 
In case of any confusion, middleman service that you used wasn't between me and your seller.
When you're mentioning about asking me to check and afterwards you gave me the account details, I did log into gmail and made 2nd auth with recovery setup and then tried out the MiHoYo login method which worked, If the gmail that was given, actually had data in it and gone through 2 extensive checks(your mm and you) before it got to me, it would have make sense if I just changed the gmail password and MiHoYo, and secure it. Please take note that at that point in time, I wasn't aware that the gmail did not had access or rather empty since I wasn't even told. If we looked back at the time when you noticed there's a Google Play account that was linked and you requested your seller for the gmail, your seller at that point in time could have let you know about the gmail but instead he gave a dummy account.

If you think so, the same as me. I only found out about it when you came to me recently.And also why didn't you report it from the beginning? I'm here as a distributor, and didn't I tell ya to check first ?
I give what I got from the seller and the buyer has the obligation to confirm the appropriate account. And when the buyer confirms, that's where I just confirm the midleman to forward the funds to the seller
 
First of all, how can I report it from the beginning if I myself wasn't aware that the gmail account was empty which I've been telling you this for about 3 times or so now. It was till recently then I realized and that is why I am reporting now. During your transaction with MM, the buyer was you in that case. I wasn't told anything in regards to your MM or the obligation to confirm if all you said was "got some middleman and still waiting for deal", "deal confirmed, still delivery the payment and the account" you should've checked the account yourself when you received it and confirms it on your part not mine. (I'll let the mods to think about this) Heck I didn't even get to nor asked to "confirm" the account, I said "lemme try login", and thanked you for the reminder on changing password, that's when we exchanged feedback. What I'm understanding on your end is that, you don't get held responsible for any damages that the account you distribute, which you did not state it anywhere in your thread.
 
@Sanz I am sorry for the mess but you are not here to offer them MM service and we can't accept this issue as something that does not have anything with you.

You are not an official EPICNPC Middleman so you can be a seller or reseller. You are the one who sold the account to @Dyoneus and about any further concerns, you have to check with the original account owner.

From this point, you are responsible for what you sell here full refund must be issued by you and after that, you can negotiate with the seller to split the loss.

Already negotiate and he can't refund it.And if you request the refund issue from me,sorry i can't do it for this reason.
it's clear that I've told the buyer to check & secure the account. Because there were no complaints after that, I considered all done without problems and that's when I assumed the transaction was complete.and also I never explained the warranty about returning an account that has been used for 2 months. I can only refund during the checking period by the buyer. After that, outside my control. because I already said that I took the account from another seller. I was worried about this lost gmail report (not yet able to obtain proof of an account that grew by it self) just using the gap to make a refund. Maybe if you bring my epicnpc name will be judged wrong because it acts like a midleman. But outside of epicnpc, I feel like I'm being framed. I just want to say it
 
By what definition did you meant "secure" other than reminding me to change the password, the most logical thing to do. And as if I hadn't done that. Based on your explanation, you could have team up with someone shady, decides to recall an account after few months and think that you can get away with it because "I never state the warranty about returning an account that has been used for 'X' months" or "I can't refund because it's already past checking period". But then again, don't get me wrong. I've only made up a possible scenario that is based on your explanation.

Fyi, you can use another email for topup and also buy from other people's services. What I want to know is proof that the previous owner can enter and do things related to the growth of the account.
 
What? Proof?
1. Clearly shows that the gmail linked to the game account totally not the same as what I was given.
2. Why and how am I suppose to wait till I obtain proof that the previous owner "can enter"?? That's just ridiculous.
3. I didn't pay for account access, I paid for the entire account dude and I wasn't given the google play account that's linked to the account, this goes to show how the owner can access anytime he/she wants.
I'm not sure if you're just being dense or even trying to understand the situation here, you're literally asking the same thing that leads back to the same answer.

Look dude, I've been hands off from the start. Here I only forward what the previous owner said. If he wants to refund then I will also forward it to the buyer. If not, I can only say sorry. Until now I still contact the seller related to this matter. If you want to end this dispute please. To be honest I am not willing to have all my feedback tainted because of 1 case. Here I am not a scammer but I am also a victim. Maybe you can imagine if you are in my position. For what I offer something make me lose all the results of my hard work all this time?
 
Nothing has been resolved till now, and I hope by now you know why this dispute has started. You have your loss to worry and I have mine too, I came to this forum to buy an account but all I get was a incomplete account that did not live up to what the original intent was. Don't even get me started as a buyer. If I knew this would happen, why should I buy an account from you if I could've find someone else who does his/her job better?
Like what the mod said, you're the one who sold the account to me and you're responsible for it.

@Angel May I ask if I should chargeback in PP to get my money or wait for seller to send the money?

I have some proposals on how to resolve this issue

- If @Sanz is unable to refund we can give him some time deadline until when the money should be refunded

- @Dyoneus to dispute the payment via Paypal. @Sanz to accept the resolution and his balance will remain negative [in the case that his current balance is lower from the amount he owes]

In case that @Sanz fails to respond he will get banned and you allowed to dispute the payment. However, he has some nice amount of feedback so I would like to avoid this by giving him a chance to resolve the issue by himself.
