What is the dispute about?
I bought the account form Kareem/Kysho Store and told me he had a "lifetime warranty" on the account, payment was done through paypal. after i received the account we went our ways, until on the 26th of January my account got locked. 2 days after the account details & mail were changed form mine to someone else's.
I contacted kareem and asked him if he knew anything on the 26th why the account was locked, there was also a support ticket created on my account on the 14th of december asking to change region form belgium to turkey (wich i didn't ask for riot support).
The seller gave me the original owner's info so i could ask him about it, well the guy wasn't the og owner of the account. he also said i'm not the original owner can't help you.

Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) he didn't say he was the original owner but said iknow the the person that sold me this account.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc): i asked what the peak rank was on the account and he showed me a screenshot of it, wich is true.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 1 month & 2 and a half weeks.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. i made a support ticket after i chatted with the supposed "og owner" but no mail was provided to me by Riot Support.

states that he doesn't offer refunds or lifetime warranty for his "Valorant Accounts" yet posts in the sales thread "lifetime warranty if something happens" and in our discord chat "if its gets taken back i'll give you a full refund"

he first contacted me and mentioned that account got locked and when i asked him did you send any tickets to riot cuz this might lead to this lock on the account he said " NO " , and when i asked him to check tickets there was a ticket of him asking riot support to change the region from Turkey ( Which is the og owner region ) to his country " Belgium " , and he is claiming that he didn't send that ticket .
this is what lead to this lock on the account.
then after 2-3 days he told me i can't access the account and info were changed " idk how acc has been with me for over a year i'm the second owner "

I Provided him with the previous owner contacts and Even Full Recovery info about the account since i'm not available often and i don't really beleive the story of him saying its locked and he didn't do anything which clearly he did and now he is saying its recovered and i can't rly tell if he its true or he just trying to get money out of it

so he can contact riot support to recover the account with the data he has and will see from there
 
Why do people keep framing Kareem for their own actions?
They all know its not allowed to buy Accounts and they know the risks, so are they really gonna think Riot is gonna let them change the Region?
Also changing the Region for your Riot Account doesnt even do anything for you 🤣

Kareem is a legit and honest person, I bought many Accounts from him and no problems with any of them, of course problems occur when u ask Riot for something like that

As you can see i created a new proton mail on 7th of december after i bought the acc form kareem.

can you please enlighten us then how is there a message on the account asking to change the region of the account to your country
cuz i didn't do it and it wasn't on the account when you bought it from me , so it's related to you completely
don't even try to pin this on me
 
Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
